As we continue to work together to make our mission expand into every Telugu home across the world, it is important to have leadership entrenched into all the critical areas that require diligence, abilities to create team and plans and skills to execute those plans in an effective and efficient manner. The superb leaders who are already contributing to the success of the program need to come together as "super team" and form "extended super teams" across the board to provide the scale necessary for the future growth. The time is
NOW to become a process driven non-profit enterprise by defining, executing, monitoring, improving and innovating our processes constantly.
I sincerely thank the leaders mentioned above for stepping up to the challenge and this is just the beginning. What we do at ManaBadi is the dream for any service oriented leaders to come and contribute and watch their contributions to have world changing impact.
